How do the manufacturer proceed the gluing process for wetsuit？

Is the gluing process used for all the wetsuits? No, of course not.

Normally it’s used for high-end and winter suits. With the gluing process, it can help prevent seepage and keep warm. 

As the manufacturer, there’re 3 steps for our production team to proceed the gluing process:

Step 1:  Brush the glue on the edge of the panels by hand.

Step 2:  Bond together the panels end to end by hand.

Step 3:  Reinforce the gluing using the machine.

Is the glue environmental friendly? Sure, it’s.

When compared to the wetsuit with flatlock seams, the price of wetsuit with blind stitching seams is more expensive as there’s extra gluing process before the sewing and its technology is more complex. So, when choose a wetsuit, you need to know your demand clearly.
